Halloween House Contest

In October Sea Cliff residents are invited to enter their house (or nominate a neighbor) in a friendly competition for the most hair-raising, or festive house or yard in the Village!! Submit a photo and address of the decorated home to sccivicassociation@gmail.com. Some years it's just for fun!
